Henry Nikogosyan is the founder of NCLS, a law firm focused on business law, intellectual property litigation, commercial disputes, and emerging-technology matters. Henry brings extensive hands-on experience, having represented many of the world's leading technology companies while also serving as litigation counsel for small businesses and individuals, with a strong record of representing clients in high-stakes disputes. 

Henry is recognized by Best Lawyers® for Litigation – Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation, reflecting peer-reviewed confirmation of his expertise and professional standing. His practice includes copyright litigation, patent litigation, trademark disputes, commercial contract litigation, corporate governance issues, and legal matters involving blockchain, digital assets, and decentralized technologies. 

Before founding NCLS, Henry practiced at WilmerHale, an internationally recognized law firm known for leading intellectual property and technology litigation. At WilmerHale, he represented many of the world’s most influential technology companies such as Apple, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Shopify in major IP matters. This background provides Henry with a strong understanding of advanced technologies, product ecosystems, and the business considerations that arise in fast-moving industries. 

Henry began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada (2018–2019). His time in federal court gave him deep, practical experience with complex civil procedure, motion practice, and judicial decision-making — experience that directly informs the litigation strategies he develops for his clients today.
