This background provides Henry with a strong understanding of advanced technologies, product ecosystems, and the business considerations that arise in fast-moving industries
Henry began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada (2018–2019). His time in federal court gave him deep, practical experience with complex civil procedure, motion practice, and judicial decision-making — experience that directly informs the litigation strategies he develops for his clients today.
