Robin V. Gonzales is a corporate and transactional attorney whose practice focuses on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, corporate governance, business operations, real estate, and strategic legal counseling. He advises companies and entrepreneurs on individual transactions and the recurring legal issues that arise as businesses operate and grow.

Robin brings substantial domestic and international experience, having handled more than 1,200 matters involving over $100 million in aggregate deal value. His work has involved clients, counterparties, and transactions across the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has represented clients ranging from entrepreneurs and closely held businesses to Fortune 500 companies and an Am Law 20 firm.

His industry experience includes advising companies in Nevada’s gaming and hospitality sectors and California’s technology and professional-services industries. Robin previously served as corporate counsel to a Nevada gaming company with multistate operations, where he advised on corporate governance, commercial contracts, real estate and leasing, labor and employment matters, insurance, tax, regulatory compliance, and litigation management. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how legal decisions affect a company’s operations, commercial relationships, and broader business objectives.
