Legal Clerk (Seasonal)

Sergey is a summer associate at NCLS. He brings a uniquely global perspective and a passion for corporate and transactional law. A rising 2L at Boston College Law School, Sergey honed his deal-structuring and negotiation skills as a Senior Investment Manager at Enterprise Armenia’s national investment authority.  There, he led greenfield projects in high-tech, aerospace, defense, agriculture, construction, and tourism—coordinating dozens of stakeholders from government bodies to multinational investors.
